Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking simply contact us through our Contact Page.  We will ring you to discuss your event and which band/artist you would like and follow this up with an email.  Once both parties have signed a contract, the booking is complete.

What else can you provide/help me with to make my event as memorable as possible?

We can elevate your event by offering a DJ Playlist package with most of our bands/artists as well as options for a DJ, DJ and Saxophonist and a soloist/duo for ceremony or back ground music.  We will make sure your event is unforgettable!!

What, if anything, will the venue require from me?

Your venue may need to know the size of your band if not a soloist and the power supply they need.  They may also request your band/artists PAT certificate for electrical equipment being used and Public Liability Insurance. Please let us know if you are requested to provide these

What, if anything, will my band/artist require from me?

Your artist/band may require a few things to ensure a smooth performance on the day, such as:

Access to power supply for their equipment.

A suitable performance space/stage.

Food and drink to be provided for performers if its a long event.

Parking and easy access to the venue for unloading equipment.

A schedule of your event so they can plan breaks/sets

Can I come and see the band/artist perform prior to booking them?

If your band/artist has any local public gigs, we will let you know so you can arrange to attained.  However, no need to worry as we have plenty of live video’s of all our artists/bands on YouTube as well as our website.

Am I able to see a band/artist set list?

Yes.  All our performers setlist are available on our website under each of their pages.

Am I able to pick what I want my band/artist to play?

Yes, to an extent.  All our performers offer a ‘Free First Dance’ or ‘One Song’ option that isn’t on their repertoire and you are welcome to choose songs from their setlist. That said, all our performers are very experienced and have spent years crafting a set guaranteed to get everyone on to the dance floor; we recommend you trust their expertise and let them entertain you and your guests with the best live music around!

What time will my band/artist arrive and play?

The arrival time is all dependant on when you want  your band or artist to perform.  Bands typically need at least 90 minutes to set up and soundcheck, whilst soloists require at least 30 minutes. All our performers arrive with plenty of time to spare, ensuring they are ready at the time requested.  However, we understand event schedules can change so are always flexible with timings to accommodate any changes/adjustments

How many sets with my band/artist perform?

Typically your band/artist will play 2 x 50 minute sets but this can be adjusted to fit your needs and we will work very closely with you to determine the best schedule for your event.  Often, 2 x 50 minute sets works well with a DJ playlist or a DJ filling in between and after to keep your event/party flowing with the best anthems.

When do I need to make payments?

To secure your band/artist, a deposit is required to ensure no one else books them for your date.  The final payment is due 2 weeks before your event allowing you time to relax in the knowledge everything is booked and ready to go!
