Hey everyone, Melody here! It’s been all go recently at LiveBand Entertainment, with loads of great acts performing at your special events up and down the country. But today, I’m so excited to write this blog about a gig of my own – at the wonderful wedding of Gemma and Callum! They tied the knot on 25th April 2023 at the beautiful Rushpool Hall in Saltburn by the sea, and I was so honoured to be chosen as their wedding singer.
The venue
As soon as I pulled up to the venue, it was clear Gemma and Callum had chosen a stunning location for their wedding. Rushpool Hall is absolutely gorgeous! Surrounded by lush gardens and countryside views, the beautiful 19th century manor house provided the perfect backdrop for the big day. The happy couple
I had a great time working with Gemma and Callum. Gemma was one of the sweetest, calmest brides I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She looked absolutely stunning in her off the shoulder lace dress, with Callum just as smart in a sharp suit. The weather had also put its best foot forward for the occasion, with the sun showing up to join in with the joyous atmosphere.
But they didn’t just look the part. Gemma and Callum had also planned a gorgeous wedding. I loved all the personal touches that celebrated their love for each other. Just look at this super cute picture display of the newlyweds over the years!
The music
But now let’s get to the most important bit of the big day (for me, anyway) – the music! I was honoured to be hired as Gemma and Callum’s wedding singer. I performed a 2 hour background set full of love songs, ballads, and the couple’s special songs.
After the wedding, I was so happy to get some glowing feedback from the bride and groom. I loved performing for the happy couple and their friends and family, so it was great to hear that they’d enjoyed it just as much.

To finish the day off in style, I headed down to the seaside for a quick ice cream while I took in the beautiful views. The perfect end to a great gig!
