Our 10-piece function band made it a Christmas party to remember for the Millennium Group.
With the festive season in full swing, LiveBand entertainment has been busy making magical moments for clients across the UK. Our party bands, wedding bands and corporate bands are the perfect way to add some sparkle to your special event. That’s why, on Friday 16th December, our 10-piece function band On The Func took on a 10 and half hour round trip to The City Pavillion in Dagenham. The mission? Give owners The Millennium Group a Christmas party to, like Rudolph, go down in history.
A venue fit for the festivities
From shimmering chandeliers and Art Deco inspired tiles, to towering trees and sparkling staircases; The City Pavilion looked fresh from the pages of The Great Gatsby.
And, with function rooms catering for groups of up to 1,800 guests, it was the perfect place for our function band to strut their stuff.
Bringing the ‘func’
Taking to the stage of the Manhattan Suite, On The Func dazzled the crowd with a mix of hits. From modern fan favourites and noughties nostalgia, to showstopping songs from the 80s and beyond, there was something for everyone.
Made up of 3 vocalists, a 3 part brass section, keyboard, guitar, bass and drums, the 10 piece party band dazzled Dagenham with their pitch-perfect harmonies, toe-tapping rhythms and all-out energy.
