How do I book a live band through LiveBand entertainment?
It’s easy! Just fill out the booking form on the band, singer, or musician page with your email and contact details, and I’ll get back to you in no time at all.
Can I see my band perform live?
Our bands are always performing somewhere. Many of their bookings are private events, but I will find out when and where they are playing publicly and be sure to send you all the information. We do have loads of live videos on the LiveBand Entertainment YouTube channel too, in case you can’t make a live gig.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you do need to pay a deposit. This secures your band and is best for everyone’s peace of mind. We also put contracts in place between all clients and bands – this makes sure all the legal stuff is sorted. Once your contract is signed and the deposit is paid, the band is yours! Well…for the day or night of your event at least!
What happens if my band cancels at the last minute?
It’s rare that any of our bands need to cancel on your big day. But, life happens, and sometimes emergencies and illness can get in the way. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, don’t worry – I’ve got you covered. I’ll take care of finding a fantastic replacement band so you don’t have to stress about it.
Can I contact the band directly if I book through you?
Of course! When you book a live band through LiveBand Entertainment, I’ll give you their contact details. You probably won’t need to use them, though! I’ll have everything under control and make sure you have everything you need. But it’s not a bad idea to have their details for the day of the event, just for your own peace of mind.
Can I meet you in person?
If you live locally to me, I’d love to meet you in person! We can go through all the plans over a coffee. Or, if you’re further afield, I’m more than happy to jump on a video call. I also love event planning, so I might be able to give you some tips for other elements of your event – free of charge of course!
